3. Book your Home Assessment visit

Get your Home Assessment visit booked in. A Project Specification expert will carry out a full on-site assessment. This ensures your heat pump system is designed specifically to your individual home and heating preferences. There is no charge and no obligation.

4. View your Home Assessment Report

We’ll create your personalised Home Assessment Report and send that to you. It has everything you need to know - the system we recommend, any upgrades needed, where we would place the units and a confirmed price.

5. Get your installation booked in

Ready to go ahead? Great, once we have the signed contract we’ll confirm the installation dates and get everything ordered. Our experienced installation and commissioning engineers will do the rest. 

6. Ask about our Service & Maintenance package

We can also provide you with a Service & Maintenance package that will help ensure everything is working optimally and help you get the longest possible life from your heat pump system. Of course, that’s up to you.
